Your Role

We are looking for a Production Representative for Dynamics PM&T Resource Management. As a Production Representative in Dynamics PM&T Resource Management, you will work alongside other representatives to ensure that the entire resource process runs smoothly for Dynamics. You will develop and improve working methods for RCM (Resource Capacity Management) for WC in Antura and support the work with working methods for the workshops (IFS) in collaboration with the Plan & Control section.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire resource flow - personnel, machines, materials, premises, etc. - and ensuring that the method/flow is clearly defined and adds value to the business.
• Trains and supports line managers and project leaders in Antura and develops and delivers new training as needed.
• Ensures high quality of input data for RCM analyses by working with interfaces against BU, finance, and other relevant areas.
• Keeps competency categories current and updated.
• Represents production in the Resource Board at the BU level and is the primary contact point for all resource-related issues.
• Monitors Antura, identifies deviations, and drives improvement actions.

Your Profile

We are looking for an independent and proactive person with the ability to work both at a high level and with detailed processes. You have solid knowledge and experience of Antura and are used to taking the lead on issues while being a good team player who can operate in cross-functional groups.

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education (e.g., engineering degree, technical candidate, business economist) or equivalent work experience in resource/capacity and production management.
• Documented ability to work both at a high level and with detailed processes.

Meritorious:

• Basic knowledge of IFS and/or Agresso.
• Understanding of complex organizations where the resource process affects many flows and roles.
• Experience or understanding of Saab's operations.
• Financial understanding - of our financial models and the connection between resource planning and finance.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
